HC wants to know petitioner’s source of income

Cuttack: The Orissa high court on Friday asked an organisation to divulge the source of income to pursue the public interest litigation (PIL) filed by it.The query came from the two-judge bench of acting Chief Justice B R Sarangi and Justice M S Raman in the case of Konark-based Odisha Biodiversity Conservation Foundation (OBCF), which sought intervention against construction of a fish and meat market inside the restricted 500 m eco-sensitive zone of Konark-Balukhand Wildlife Sanctuary.OBCF claimed to be a registered trust created and established to turn the area into an eco-friendly and tourist-friendly zone. tnn

When Allahabad high court chief justice withdrew Gyanvapi case from a senior judge
