8-day Baliyatra to begin today

Cuttack: The eight-day maritime trade fair, Baliyatra (‘voyage to Bali’), will begin on the occasion of Kartika Purnima at Gadagadia Ghat on the banks of the Mahanadi here on Monday. This year, ORMAS have allotted 420 stalls to traders at the venue where a special gallery has been set up to showcase “rural Cuttack”.TNN

The university received a cumulative grade point average of 3.58 out of 4. It improved from last year's A+ grade. The university aims to maintain the A++ grade and implement suggestions made by the NAAC team. Celebrations broke out on campus after the announcement, with students expressing pride in their alma mater. Ravenshaw College, established in 1868, became an autonomous university in the 1990s and a unitary university in 2006.
