Two men die in two Coimbatore road accidents
COIMBATORE: Two men, including an octogenarian, died in two separate road accidents in the city on Monday. A Manikkam, 80, of KNG Pudur was hit by a speeding motorcycle while he was trying to cross KNG Pudur road. Manikkam, who fell on the road and sustained severe head injuries, was rushed to a private hospital, where he died without responding to treatment. M Selvakumar, 34, of Tirunelveli died on the spot when a two-wheeler hit his two-wheeler on the Sundakkamuthur -Kuniyamuthur Road on Monday afternoon. His wife, Raja Rajeshwari,30, who was riding pillion, suffered minor injuries in the accident.
