Married couple arrested for murdering man

. “She was also a labourer and was staying with her family after her husband Vellingiri passed away. Two years ago, she ended the relationship with Nataraj and married Gopi, a native of Devakottai in

district. They were staying in a rented house at Peedampalli. However, Nataraj used to visit her home and trouble her. Gopi had warned him not to visit the house,” a police officer said.

On the night of October 24, Nataraj was found dead in a

pool of blood

in front of Eswari’s house. Finding the couple missing from the house, police formed a special team to nab them. tnn
