Veranda partners with Norwegian company for nursing program

CHENNAI: Veranda Learning Solutions has announced a partnership with Nursing Europe AS, a company providing the European Union licensed nurses to healthcare providers.

Both entities to start a skilling program for Indian nurses which will provide employment in Europe’s healthcare sector. This partnership is projected to generate revenue of over Rs 200 crore in the next 3-5 years by placing more than 2,000 students, Veranda said in a statement.

The global skilling initiative will offer a range of training and support services, including tailored training programs with courses designed to meet European healthcare standards, focusing on both clinical and non-clinical competencies, the release noted. It will also provide language proficiency courses in their destination countries.
