CHENNAI: Police arrested two people for filming female nursing staff at a private hospital in Saidapet on Friday.Police said hospital house-keeping supervisor S Sivaprakash (23) of Ernavoor, and his friend M Amalraj (36) of Saidapet, were arrested based on a complaint filed by the hospital's branch manager.The issue came to light after Sivaprakash threatened some of the nursing staffs to upload the video clips and photographs he had taken on his mobile, on the internet.Sivaprakash told police he kept his mobile hidden inside the changing room for female staffs of the hospital. He showed the video clips to his friend Amalraj. He asked him to send the clips to his mobile.Policee seized the mobiles of Sivaprakash and Amalraj but found nothing when they searched them. Police suspected the two deleted the clips and photographs. Police will send the mobiles to the cyber laboratory in the police commissionerate to retrieve the deleted data.The hospital refused to comment.
