Boxing referee judge R Raj Bharath from Tamil Nadu clears IBA Star 1 exam
R Raj Bharath (Middle)
He is the second person from Tamil Nadu to clear the International Boxing Association's Star 1 RJ exam.
Hailing from Kolathur, Bharath is an ex-service man and is currently employed at Wheels India Limited, Padi, Chennai.
He was nominated to participate in the International Boxing Association's Referee and Judge examination held in December 2023.
Bharath has worked closely with Olympian boxers and coaches at Army Sports Institute in Pune for over 20 years.
