Senior Citizens Group
of Besant Nagar is organising an essay writing competition for people above the age of 60 years.
The essay competition will give senior citizens a chance to pen their reflections on life and win prizes. The participants will be required to write on the topic "If I were to live my life all over again ...."
Entries (only in English) can be either neatly handwritten or typed. The maximum word limit is 1,000 words.
Entries will be judged by a panel of eminent senior citizens. Attractive prizes will be awarded to the five best entries. The prize distribution will be held at a function here in June.
The last date for receiving the entries is June 15. The essay can be sent by post/courier or e-mailed to the address below/ email id below.
