Rowdy Radhakrishnan, wanted in 36 cases in Chennai, arrested
The organised crime intelligence unit (OCIU) police nabbed rowdy R Radhakrishnan alias Radha from Coimbatore. He was handed over to the Chennai city police to execute a non-bailable warrant pending against him.
Radhakrishnan, an arch-rival of gangster Binu Pappachan, operated mainly in Arumbakkam area of Chennai. He was involved in more than 36 cases, including murder, attempt to murder, kidnap and robbery cases, in Chennai.
Based on a tip off, the OCIU police, with the help of the Singanallur police, nabbed Radhakrishnan when he visited a private hospital.
