Ramco System turns profitable after five years, aided by SaaS revenue

Chennai: Enterprise software company Ramco Systems closed its 2025-26 (FY26) financial year with Rs 41.8 crore, its first profitable year since FY21. It is partly driven by its operational discipline and growth of software as a service (SaaS) recurring pricing model, which is currently more than half of its revenue mix.

The company’s consolidated net profit was at 41.8 crore from a Rs 34 crore net loss the previous year. Its consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 700 crore from Rs 596 crores. Revenue growth was primarily driven by the acceleration of recurring revenue, which grew by 15%, according to a statement by the company. For the fourth quarter, its revenue from operations improved to Rs 185 crore from Rs 155 crores, while net profit stood at Rs 25 crores. Abinav Raja, managing director of Ramco Systems, said the company continues to remain focused on delivery and execution.
