Rajasekar’s kin refuse to accept body from hosp

Chennai: Family members refused to accept Rajasekar's body from Government Stanley Hospital on Friday as the autopsy report stated he belonged to Naicker community, while he belongs to the scheduled caste community. Rajasekar of Red Hills was a history-sheeter and was detained on Sunday in connection with a theft case. However, he swooned and died while he was in police custody on Sunday evening.The investigators said that Rajasekar’s post-mortem was conducted, and the same was video-graphed and overseen by the Juvenile Justice Board magistrate Lakshmi.
