InKo Centre, in association with Unwind Centre, will present

Sarah Black

,

Tabby

and

Sanjai

. The programme will be held at The Gallery@

InKo Centre

at 7pm on September 6.

The performance is part of AccessMusic, a series that aims at providing talented and emerging musicians a space to share original scores and song writing with those who relate to music as essential and energizing. It is held on a bi-monthly basis.

A singer and songwriter, Sarah Black aims to express emotions and aspirations that are personal but still connects with a range of listeners through her music.

An acoustic duo based in Chennai, Tabby and Sanjai’s music is best described as indie-folk/ambient. They started playing together in 2017 with cover presentations of their favourite artists at open mics and gigs. They gradually developed a set of original music. Their primary influences include Bob Iver, Fleet Foxes, Sufjan Stevens, Damien Rice and Swell Season.

Unwind Centre has been teaching music, including drums, guitar, keyboard and vocals to young aspirants in Chennai and Bangalore. The Centre runs a DJ Academy and aims to provide musicians with a platform to perform their work, interact with their peers and to share their compositions with those musically inclined.
