“This approach enables more effective analysis, detection, and mitigation of targeted APTs while addressing bias, subjectivity, and inconsistencies in the threat attribution process,” Shukla said while speaking at 14th International Conference on Applications and Techniques in Information Security (ATIS-2024) at Sastra Deemed University in Thanjavur.

The two-day ATIS 2024 is jointly organised by Sastra Deemed University and Deakin University, Australia, for exploring the diverse research dimensions of digital security and forensics.

Others who spoke on the first of the conference included Gang Li from Deakin University, Australia, V S Shankar Sriram, dean, School of Computing, Sastra.
