Why with repeated monsoon damage every year, authorities are not taking any action to improve the drainage, sanitation and to implement that the infrastructure at all? What is the point of being ready with phenyl, boat, pumps and bleaching powder? Where they will sanitize, when the water is stagnate? Pls. wake up Chennaites...before casting your votes next time instead of getting lured to freebies, ask the party people to develop these facilities.
