HC notice to jail dept on godman’s health

She also wanted the court to permit medical treatment for the accused in a private hospital at his own expense.According to the petitioner, her brother has got serious medical ailments including blood clots in brain. She further claimed that at present his health is in a precarious condition and hence he needs specialised treatment which is not available in the government prison hospital.
