Guest worker stabbed to death by coworker

Cleared - maniChennai: A 33-year-old migrant worker was stabbed to death by a co-worker during a quarrel at a furniture unit near Periyapalayam in Tiruvallur district on Sunday. Police arrested the offender and remanded him in judicial custody.The deceased Dilip Kumar, 33, was employed at a private wooden furniture shop where more than 10 workers from northern states were employed. Police said that on Sunday, a group of workers consumed alcohol at the premises, following which a dispute broke out, during which one Nandhikishore attacked Dilip Kumar with a knife.
