CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu government has transferred four IPS officers.
According to an order from the office of additional chief secretary K Phanindra Reddy, Abhay Kumar Singh, who is the present additional director general of police (ADGP) in the CB-CID, has been posted as ADGP of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC).
G Venkataraman, ADGP, headquarters in Chennai, has been posted as ADGP in the CB-CID.
B Bala Naga Devi, who is the ADGP of operations in state police, has been posted as ADGP headquarters in the place of G Venkataraman.
H M Jayaram, ADGP, armed police, has been ordered to hold additional charge of the post of ADGP, operations.
