was on his way to the city on a bike with another policeman, Mayilsamy, riding pillion. When they were on the Poonamallee-St Thomas Mount road, a speeding car collided head on with their bike near the Ramapuram L&T signal.Guruprakash was killed on the spot, while pillion rider Mayilsamy suffered critical injuries.
