Chennai North election results 2024 live updates: DMK's Kalanidhi Veerasamy wins

NEW DELHI: Dr. Kalanidhi Veerasamy of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party emerged victorious, securing 4,97,333 votes. R Manohar of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party came in second place with 1,58,111 votes, losing with a margin of 3,39,222 votes.Other notable candidates include R.C. Paul Kanagraj of the Bharatiya Janata Party, who received 1,13,318 votes, and Amudini of the Naam Tamilar Katchi party, who secured 95,954 votes. The remaining candidates, including independents and those from smaller parties, received votes ranging from 5,923 to 163.The NOTA (None of the Above) option received 13,208 votes.Chennai North Lok Sabha constituency is one of Tamil Nadu's 39 parliamentary seats.
