CHANDIGARH: The youth of the city in collaboration with Chandigarh traffic police organized a traffic awareness rally at Sector-17 Plaza. Dressed as different traffic signs, the youth conducted the rally to spread awareness among public to follow traffic rules and signals properly for their own safety.
One of the participants, Sakshi said, "Everyone is aware about traffic rules, they just need to be imposed and brought into practice."
Kohima, another volunteer, said, "There is an urgent need for people to understand and follow traffic rules with so many accidents happening everyday.
Awareness is not a problem, implementation is."
