Woman booked for abduction

AMRITSAR: Pallavi, wife of Vicky Arora, lodged an FIR that a woman named Sonia had abducted her five-and-half year old son Himanshu.
Police sources on Thursday said Vicky, who runs a smalltime fast food joint, had an illicit relationship with Sonia. In her complaint, Pallavi has alleged that Sonia had demanded Rs 15,000 from Vicky and when he did not give her the amount, she started threatening him.
Pallavi further alleged that on June 9 when she was going to her parents’ house, Sonia allegedly abducted Himanshu.A case has been registered under section 363 of Indian Penal Code at police station D division.
