Before this incident, Parminder and Balwinder had allegedly attacked the Army personnel, Gurpal Singh, with hockey sticks. Gurpal is admitted at the command hospital.
The Pinjore police have reportedly registered a case on the complaint of Gurpal, a resident of same village, but didn't pay any heed to the complaint of Jaspal Kaur.
The police have arrested Balwinder, Parminder and Gamma. Duty magistrate Ajay Aggarwal on Sunday ordered judicial custody for the three.
The medical examination of Jaspal and her elder son Balwinder was conducted at the Kalka civil hospital. Sources said Kaur's medical report shows two injuries, including a fracture and an internal one.
Balwinder's medical report shows six injuries, including on the head. As per the guidelines, cross-cases should be registered in the incident.
Talking to TOC at the district courts, Jaspal alleged she had also made a complaint to the police against around a dozen people, along with her medico-legal report, but the police didn't react on it. ASI Rajinder Singh, who came with the accused to the court, said he was not answerable to the media.
