<div class="section1"><div class="Normal" style="" text-align:="" justify="">CHANDIGARH: In a significant development, the Central Bureau of Investigation CBI) has found out direct involvement of two US nationals in establishing an illegal telephone exchange in Sector 26, Chandigarh.<br /><br />A CBI team from Delhi had earlier unearthed the illegal telephone exchange last week and had also arresting three brothers in this connection.

The accused -Arul Raj, CK Prakash and Dhanraj of Bangalore -would be produced before the court on Saturday after five days of police remand. Investigations revealed that the three accused came to Chandigarh in September and took a SCO on rent. In October, two USA citizens visited Chandigarh to install the telephone exchange.<br /><br />The exchange started functioning from December with the help of Bangalorebased experts, a senior CBI official told Times of Chandigarh. CBI has also decided to contact Interpol for investigating further involvement of foreign nationals.</div> </div>
