Teenager arrested with heroin

Panchkula: The anti-narcotic cell of Panchkula police arrested a man with 8.81 g of heroin. A case under NDPS Act has been registered. Police stopped Vaibhav Kumar, 19, a resident of Khark Mangoli, Old Panchkula, on suspicion after he tried to flee. On frisking, police found a plastic carry bag containing brown powder. ASI Anand Kumar said, “We have registered a case based on the complaint.The investigation is under progress.” tnn
