Store owner booked for selling fake PVC pipes

Panchkula: A hardware and sanitary store owner has been booked for selling fake PVC plastic pipes using the name of a brand. A case has been registered under the Copyright Act. A police complaint was filed by Avtar Singh, a resident of Dabua Colony, Faridabad, who works as investigation officer with Protect IP India Pvt Ltd and holds the right to investigate markets to detect products made under the name, The Supreme Industries Ltd. tnn
