CHANDIGARH: Speaker Satbir SinghKadian on Friday allowed suspended Congress MLAs, Raghbir Singh Kadian and JaiPrakash, to attend the Vidhan Sabha session.
During zero hour, ChiefMinister Om Prakash Chautala urged the speaker to rescind their suspensionfollowing leader of the opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda''s statement that it wasunfortunate if the behaviour of the suspended MLAs had in anyway hurt thefeelings of anybody.
Raghbir Singh Kadian and Jai Prakash weresuspended from the House on Wednesday after the two, along with a few otherCongress MLAs, entered the well of the House, raising anti-government slogansand thereby disrupting the House proceedings.
They were protestingafter chief parliamentary secretary in reply to a supplementary during questionhour tried to read out the FIR in a dowry case filed against Hooda by hisdaughter-in-law.
