CHANDIGARH:
Haryana government has decided to give Rs 2,250 monthly pension to the citizens suffering from cancer and kidney disease in the state.
Haryana minister of State, Social Justice and Empowerment, Om Prakash Yadav said that the proposal has been approved by the chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar.
He said that financial assistance to such persons will prove to be very valuable and is a very commendable step.
Referring to another important scheme, he said that Haryana has taken a lead in implementing the Central government’s concept of One Nation, One Ration Card and the chief minister has held meetings with officers regarding the same.
