SAD appoints 15 district unit chiefs

Chandigarh: SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Wednesday released the first list of the party’s 15 district presidents. The party has appointed Baba Tek Singh as district president of Barnala. Tejinder Singh Sangheri will head Sangrur district, while Tarlochan Singh Dhaler will be the in-charge of party affairs in Malerkotla district.Balkar Singh Goneana will lead Bathinda (rural), Gurmail Singh Phaprey Mansa district, Preet Inder Singh Sameywali Muktsar district, Sharanjeet Singh Chanarthal Fatehgarh Sahib, and Lakhwinder Singh Lakhi will head Hoshiarpur district.Jarnail Singh Bondli has been appointed as the president of Khanna police district, while Sukhdeep Singh Shukar will take the charge of Nawanshahr district. Amarjeet Singh Landekay will head Moga district.The responsibility of Ludhiana (rural) has been given to Bhupinder Singh Bhinda and Kapurthala district will be headed by Sarwan Singh Khullar. Chamkaur Singh Tibbi has been made the Ferozepur district president, while Satish Kumar Grover will lead Faridkot (urban).
