Hisar: A controversy has erupted over a recently released Haryanvi song titled ‘College Wali Chhori', with employees of Haryana Roadways, Hisar Depot, lodging a formal complaint alleging that the lyrics use "derogatory language" and portray roadways conductors in a negative light. Claiming that the the song includes inappropriate remarks about young women attending colleges, they said it sends a wrong message to society and hurts the dignity of women.The complainants stated that the song has tarnished the image of roadways employees and raised unwarranted questions about their professional conduct. They argued that such content not only damages the reputation of public service employees but also adversely affects the social perception of women.Demanding immediate intervention, the employees urged the authorities to have the song removed from YouTube and initiate strict legal action against its writer, singer and director.
