Congress candidate Charanjit Singh Channi won from the Jalandhar constituency of Punjab by a comfortable margin of 1,75,993, as per the data from the Election Commission of India (ECI).Channi competed against BJP candidate Sushil Kumar Rinku and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Pawan Kumar Tinu.The Congress candidate gained a total of 3,90,053 votes, while BJP's Rinku secured a total of 2,14,060 votes. AAP's Tinu managed to win 2,08,889 votes.

AAP candidate Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer won from Punajb's Sangrur Lok Sabha seat after defeating his nearest rival and Congress party's Sukhpal Singh Khaira, according to the Election Commission. Hayer trounced Khaira by a margin of 1,72,560 votes. Sangrur parliamentary constituency is considered as the AAP's citadel.
Congress candidate Amar Singh won the Fatehgarh Sahib Lok Sabha seat in Punjab on Tuesday, defeating AAP's Gurpreet Singh GP by a margin of 34,202 votes, according to the Election Commission.Amar Singh, who is the sitting MP, polled 3,32,591 votes and Gurpreet Singh 2,98,389, EC data showed.
