Hisar police said a case has been registered on the complaint of Madhubala, a resident of Global Space, against Rajdarbar Buildcon Pvt Ltd’s director, chairman Vasu Garg, Piyush Goyal, accountant Ashutosh Sharma, sales manager Ankit Sharma and property dealer Vinod Sharma for criminal breach of trust, cheating and criminal conspiracy.

The complainant told police that on January 30, 2021, she had booked a plot through Sharma for Rs 91.80 lakh. She gave a check of Rs two lakh, which was transferred to the society’s account. On March 19, 2021, she gave Rs 19.39 lakh in cash to the sales officer and was given a receipt. But she has not been given the allotment letter of the plot till now. When she contacted Ashutosh and Goyal, they said they will make the plot and documents available after a few days.

However, when she went to the society’s Hisar office, the accountant there told her that no plot had been booked in her name. When she protested against the fraud, the bouncers present there used abusive language and threatened to kill her if she returned to the office again, she said.
