Amritsar: Police have added another charge against former minister Laljit Singh Bhullar in the case, alleging tampering with evidence in the suicide case of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation district manager Gagandeep Singh Randhawa.Punjab Human Rights Organisation advocate Sarabjit Singh Verka said on Thursday that police have invoked Section 238 of the BNS.He alleged that Bhullar has not handed over the mobile phone through which he had contacted Randhawa.Verka also alleged that the hard disk of the DVR linked to the CCTV cameras had been removed.Meanwhile, Upinder Kaur Randhawa, wife of late Gagandeep Randhawa, in a note shared with the media, alleged: "CM Bhagwant Mann announced a high-level probe led by the Chief Secretary. We heard the claims, but are still awaiting the promised action, even three weeks after my husband's suicide following assaults, threats and harassment."She added: "We also demanded an ED probe into the case, as it is linked to tender allotment and involves central government agencies."
