‘PM health scheme stalled’

Chandigarh: BJP on Sunday alleged that the basic medical facilities for the disadvantaged segment had suffered in Punjab as patients cannot avail free treatment under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana scheme, a flagship project started by the Prime Minister, due to wrong policies of the state government. Punjab BJP president Ashwani Sharma claimed that the private hospitals had stopped entertaining patients under this scheme as their previous dues have not been cleared by the state government. tnn
