According to police reports, the incident occurred in Sohail Sen Bhagat village, where voters were queuing to cast their ballots.
A local resident, Buta Singh, informed that one person sustained injuries following a scuffle between two groups, though he could not confirm whether the injury was caused by a gunshot or a sharp object.
The injured person was rushed to a private hospital.
Police have arrived at the scene, but no arrests have been made so far.
