No streetlights turn Dhanas road scary, MC assures LED lights soon

One can take this stretch if he/she is looking for a quick way to reach Sector 25, Dhanas or PU. However, this entire stretch is hardly used by any resident during evening time. When the TOI reporter travelled on this road, neither he could see the road nor the shoes he were wearing.

There are no road signs here, and the daily commuters have approached the civic body to install road signs on this stretch.

An electricity department’s top official said, “The conventional streetlights have been repaired and replaced many times. But they don’t last long. Now, we are going to install LED lights in the entire region.”
