'No alcohol for youngsters below 21, no songs glorifying drugs': After Diljit Dosanjh, singer Karan Aujla gets notice
The singer was also directed to ensure youngsters below the age of 21 were not served alcohol in his shows.
The notice was issued following a complaint by Pandit Rao Dharenavar, assistant professor in Post Graduate Government College Sector 46, Chandigarh.
He had earlier filed similar complaints following which both Telangana and Chandigarh authorities had issued notices to Aujla and singer Diljit Dosanjh.
On Thursday, the Chandigarh municipal corporation (MC) slapped a penalty of Rs 1.16 crore on the organiser of the singer’s December 7 concert for allegedly illegally displaying advertisements at the venue in the city.
