Missing man found dead
Times News NetworkChandigarh: A 28-year-old man was found dead in Manimajra on Sunday noon. The body of the man, who had been missing for three days, bore injury marks.Police said the deceased was identified as Nandu, a resident of Shastri Nagar, Manimajra.A passerby noticed him lying unconscious near an underbridge in Shastri Nagar and informed the police. Upon receiving information, a team from Manimajra police station reached the spot and took him to GMSH-16, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. Police have kept the body in the mortuary for an autopsy.Nandu’s family members said he had been missing for three days and they had been searching for him. Police are investigating the matter from all possible angles.
