Man tells Bullet biker to cut noise, hit with brick

Panchkula: A resident of Pinjore was hit with a brick on his head when he asked another person not to make loud noises with his modified Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle near his house in Lohgarh, Pinjore. Local resident Parvinder Singh said Gurjant Singh, a retired Armyman, had modified his motorcycle and used to make loud noises similar to firing a bullet whenever he crossed their street.Singh said locals have asked Gurjant many a time not to disturb people living in the area. He alleged when he told him again, he fought with him. He alleged Gurjant’s brother Sukhbir Singh held his hands, while Gurjant hit him with a brick on his head. Both the accused fled. Police registered a case under Sections 323 (punishment for voluntary causing hurt), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) and 34 (act done by several person with same intention) of the IPC.
