Man stabbed, friends assaulted

Panchkula: A man was stabbed and his two friends were assaulted during a fight at a tavern in Abheypur village on Friday. In his complaint to the police, Manoj (32), a resident of Rajiv Colony, Sector 17, said he along with his friends Sham and Deepak were having liquor at a tavern when their acquaintance, Vishal Tiwari, along with another man joined them. Vishal and Deepak had heated arguments, which soon turned ugly.
