Man held with 20kg poppy husk

Chandigarh: The operation cell of the police arrested a man after 20kg of poppy husk was allegedly recovered from him from the rear of the bus stand in Sector 43. Police said the accused is Raju Kumar. He belongs to Chhapra in Bihar.
