police on Tuesday arrested a man for allegedly raping his 14-year-old stepdaugher for the past two months. The accused, a resident of
Gohana
town of Sonipat, was booked on a complaint by his wife.
The minor's abuse came to light on Monday night when the girl told her mother, the second wife of the accused.
As she resisted, the accused threatened of killing her and her mother, said

, the investigating officer.
"The minor and her mother had come to us on Monday evening. Following that, we had arrested the accused. Preliminary medical examinations have suggested the confirmation of abuse. The vaginal swabs have been sent for forensic examinations. Court has ordered police remand for the accused," Gohana SHO Rishikant said.
