House building society elects office-bearers

Chandigarh: Election of office-bearers of Mohali Employees Cooperative House Building Society Ltd, Sector 68, SAS Nagar was held on Wednesday. On April 23, 240 society members elected nine members of the managing committee by secret voting system in line with Punjab State Cooperative Societies Act /Rules, 1963. Managing committee members elected the office-bearers unanimously.Sohan Singh has been elected president, Balbir Singh as vice-president, Nitin Verma as secretary and Navrattan Talwar as treasurer. The newly-elected members will have a five-year term. tnn
