Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu virtually inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for five development projects worth Rs 29.50 crore for the Shree Renukaji assembly constituency in Sirmaur district from New Delhi on Friday.
Sukhu inaugurated the govt industrial training institute building at Maina Bag in Sangrah tehsil, constructed at a cost of Rs 6.47 crore, and the sub-market yard at Nohradhar, Phase-I, completed with an outlay of Rs 2.20 crore.
The CM also laid the foundation stones for the Renukaji Dadahu Birla road, to be constructed at a cost of Rs 2 crore, a Rs 17.89 crore irrigation facility for various villages of the Shree Renukaji constituency under the jal shakti vibhag sub-division Nohradhar, and a Rs 94 lakh gravity water supply scheme from Rondi Pul to the villages of Chokan, Thandi, Harizan Basti Chumanu, and Kudag in Bharari gram panchayat, Nohradhar.
Industries minister Harshwardhan Chauhan, deputy speaker of vidhan sabha Vinay Kumar, MLA Ajay Solanki, deputy commissioner Sirmaur Priyanka Verma, and superintendent of police Nishchint Negi were present at Maina Bag.
