The owners of Ryan Group of Institutions, Augustine Pinto, his wife & managing director (MD) Grace Pinto and their son Ryan Pinto had knocked the doors of HC seeking stay on their arrest.
Apprehending arrest in the case, Pinto family requested the HC to issue directions that they should be released on bail in case of arrest in relation to the FIR registered on September 8 in Police Station Bhondsi, Gurguram. The case was subsequently referred to CBI for probe.
