Haryana minister Kanwar Pal’s health deteriorates at Yamunanagar event; admitted to hospital, stable

YAMUNANAGAR: The health of Haryana school education minister Kanwar Pal suddenly deteriorated when he was attending an event in Nagal Patti village in Yamunanagar district on Sunday.


As per the information, he was attending a "Viksit Bharat Jan Samvad Yatra" event at the village, when he complained of vasovagal in the ongoing programme. The minister was immediately rushed to a government hospital in Pratap Nagar, from where he was later taken to a private hospital in Yamunanagar.

Yamunanagar deputy commissioner Captain Manoj Kumar in a statement said that Dr BS Gaba of the hospital told him that the minister was completely healthy.

He said that during the Viksit Bharat Jan Samvad Sankalp Yatra programme in Nagal Patti village, the minister suddenly complained of vasovagal and he was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.

"As per Dr BS Gaba and his team of doctors, the minister's blood pressure had increased and now he is absolutely fine," said DC Manoj Kumar.

Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar also inquired about Kanwar Pal’s health.
