LUDHIANA: Three suicides in the last ten days have shaken Ludhiana, given the fact that the victims were all minors who could not take the burden of studies.
The latest to join the list was Class VII student, Rani Kumari, who ended her life by hanging herself on Saturday. Rani, 12, was expecting her exam results on Monday.
Her parents said she was weak in studies and had failed last year.

Her mother, Bebi Kumari said Rani was not happy with the way she was performing in studies.
Ten days back, a Class III student, Trilok Kumar Jha had committed suicide. On Friday, 14-year-old Raju from Mundiya village near here had also ended his life.
