HISAR: A criminal case has been registered against a doctor for allegedly submitting a fake experience certificate to work as a medical officer in a blood bank center here.

The police have started the investigation, but they are yet to arrest the doctor.

The Hisar police said a case had been registered at the Civil Line police station on the complaint of senior drug controller officer (SDCO) Raman Kumar Sheoran against Dr Suresh Kaudiyal and others.

Dr Suresh Kaudiyal, MD (pathology), is a resident of Sitamarhi, Bihar, said the police, adding that he was working at M/s Shri Ram Blood Centre and was residing in the Model Town area of Hisar.

In his complaint, the SDCO told the police that a doctor should have at least three months experience of working in a blood bank to work on the post of medical officer in a blood bank centre. Dr Kaudiyal submitted his experience certificate to the department on June 10, which mentioned that he had worked at RR Healthcare Blood Centre, in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, from February 3 to May 15, said Sheoran. “The state drug controller sent this experience certificate to the food safety drug administration of Uttar Pradesh and as per their records, Dr Kaudiyal has not worked in RR Healthcare Blood Bank during the specific period. RR Healthcare Blood Center also said in its reply that they have not issued any experience certificate,” the SDCO informed the police.
