BATHINDA: Eighteen days after the AAP came up with a song centring around party’s national convener
Arvind Kejriwal, calling it
Kejriwal anthem, it released a new song on Thursday evening, this time on both Kejriwal and party’s CM pick
Bhagwant Mann.
Before Mann was announced as the party’s CM face in Punjab on January 18, every activity was centered around Kejriwal. Now, demands have started pouring in to change the slogan of ‘Ek mauka Kejriwal nu’ (a chance to Kejriwal) to ‘Ek mauka Bhagwant Mann nu’ (a chance to Bhagwant Mann).
The lyrics — Ek mauka dena aapa Kejriwal nu, Ek mauka dena Bhagwant Mann nu — talk about party’ resolve to eliminate various mafias, drug pedalling, justice in sacrilege, providing job avenues.
