During the trial, a school student was threatened by the accused in court on April 20 following which the court had written to the UT police to verify the incident. "We have registered a criminal case against all three accused for threatening the victim in the court. One of the accused has been arrested, while the other two are already in the jail and they will be arrested in this case soon. The case has been registered following proper investigation of the complaint given by the complainant and after recording the statement of all relevant people in the case," said inspector Ram Dayal, SHO Sector 36 police station.
