Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu was presented in the court of Bathinda chief judicial magistrate Vikrant Kumar in a case registered against him on September 30 for attacking a police party.

BATHINDA: Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu was presented in the court of Bathinda chief judicial magistrate Vikrant Kumar in a case registered against him on September 30 for attacking a police party. He had surrendered in court on October 14. After Bittu had surrendered in court, he was sent to judicial custody and the police had not formally arrested him.

He was formally arrested on Saturday and presented in court. The court sent him to judicial custody again till October 31.
